Who are we?

Study association Asset | International Business & Management offers several possibilities that make the students more aware of your company. 

Our members are bachelor students in International Business Administration, as well as master students in International Management. The Bachelor of International Business Administration goes deeply into the most important aspects of an internationally operating business: Marketing, Management, Accountancy, and Finance. The master of International Management prepares students to work at a major multinational or at a consulting firm in an international environment, the main pillars here are Finance, Marketing, and Consultancy. 

What do we offer?

Asset | International Business & Management offers you a wide range of possibilities to introduce you to our students. This includes exposure via our website, mailings, or social media platforms (LinkedIn & Instagram), and you have the option to share your internship, traineeship, and/or job vacancies on Career Platform Tilburg. Furthermore, you can participate in a variety of recruitment and career events.

Recruitment Event

While enjoying a sushi workshop and some drinks, you have the chance to introduce
your company to them. The students present are selected by you, based on their CV. The event will start with presentations,
then you will have a nice sushi workshop in which you will eat and prepare some lovely sushi, during which there will be an
opportunity to speak to the students.

Consultancy Days 

The Consultancy Days are the biggest consultancy event at Tilburg University. Within three days all parts of being a consultant will be shown to the students. For your company, this is an opportunity to meet the most promising students with an interest in consultancy, who study at Tilburg University. The program of the days is not set yet and can be scheduled to your wishes. The following activities are possible: Company Presentations, Workshops, Cases (with/without CV selection), Individual Conversations, Business Lunch, or an activity of your choice. There are three different packages for participation you can choose from. Decisions on prices and activities will be made in a mutual agreement.

IB&M First Dates

IB&M First Dates provides you with an excellent way to come in contact with enthusiastic, pro-active International Business Administration and International Management students who are interested in your company. During this event, you will get the opportunity to meet these students during a '12 minute date'. After each 'date' the students will rotate. This is the perfect event to come into contact with students who are interested in your company.

Sustainability Event

The Sustainability Event is a yearly event that provides an excellent occasion for your company to present itself to talented students with high potential who attach value to sustainability. During the day we will visit one to two sustainable companies and see how this company operate on a daily basis and how it has a positive impact on the world.

Business Café

During the Business Café, your company gets the perfect opportunity to get to know our students in the most informal setting possible. The program of the evening will start with short, introductory presentation of each participating company. Afterwards, you have the perfect opportunity to get to know the students over some drinks.

IM Excursion

The IM Excursion gives your company the unique possibility to get in contact with a group of International Management master students for an entire day. The students will visit your company where they can learn about the day-to-day activities and the various departments. This will provide you with the opportunity to promote your company to our master students, engage in discussions with them, and challenge them to complete an ambitious case study. This is an excellent opportunity to make intellectual and skilled master students enthusiastic for your company.

IBA Weeks

The IBA Weeks is a 4-day event for students of the BSc. International Business Administration, aiming to help them orientate and choose a possible minor or master. Each day is based on one of the 'pillars' on which the BSc. International Business Administration is built, and students will work on practical cases and get to know companies in different fields.

Women in Business Event

During the Women in Business Event, relevant topics will be discussed with regards to women in the business world. These relevant topics can be but are not limited to: the glass ceiling, combining a professional career with children, and the wage gap. Your company will get the possibility to be the main sponsor of this event, resulting in the event being promoted as “Powered by X”, and you will have to propose a speaker. Besides, there is a possibility to be a regular sponsor of the event. With this option, you will have the choice whether or not you want to propose a speaker for the event.
